Working Principle:

The Handjet DOD Printer uses a 16-dot matrix printhead to deliver fast, precise, and reliable marking based on code-matrix control. An optical sensor detects product movement and automatically synchronizes the printing speed with the production line. Its built-in air pump provides a consistent ink supply without requiring an external air compressor. Through the touchscreen interface, users can easily create and print text, dates, times, logos, symbols, and variable codes on a wide range of permeable and non-permeable surfaces, including cartons, metal, pipes, and films.

Working Principle:

The 32-Dot Handheld DOD Printer uses a double-row 32-dot matrix printhead to create large, clear characters and codes. The operator selects or edits the required message on the touchscreen, while the encoder and optical sensor control the printing position and timing. Pressurized ink is delivered to the printhead, which ejects controlled ink droplets onto the surface to form text, numbers, dates, batch codes, logos, and symbols. It supports multi-line and 360° printing on both permeable and non-permeable materials, making it suitable for high-throughput industrial marking applications.
