Working Principle
The OH2 Desktop Industrial Inkjet Printer operates using Thermal Foam Inkjet (TIJ) technology. The printer receives the required print data through its touchscreen interface, heats microscopic ink chambers inside the printhead, and generates tiny ink droplets that are accurately deposited onto the product surface.
The printing process can be triggered manually, by foot switch, or automatically through a sensor. The system precisely controls the ink droplets to produce clear text, dates, batch numbers, barcodes, and variable information on different materials.
